The company is seeking a Lead Data Analyst & Visualisation Developer for the "IdAM 2.0 Programme - Data Cluster" to work closely with the Lead Data Architect & Engineer.

This role involves undertaking data analysis to identify existing golden sources of data, primary and foreign keys for data integration, and mapping new and existing data attributes in the enterprise data dictionary tool, Collibra.

The candidate will own the creation of business requirements for new applications and design dashboards on PowerBI.

The role also includes a focus on security, problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams, ensuring solutions meet compliance needs in a regulated financial institution. The opportunity to extend to a wider IAM regulatory programme is also available.

The contract is initially for twelve months (Extendable) with a competitive day rate of up to £850, classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis for ETL processes.

Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analysis in a data context, including SQL and advanced Excel.
- 3+ years of Data Architecture and Modelling experience (ERWIN).
- 2+ years of Microsoft PowerBI Development.
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Understanding of Logical Access Management and Privileged Access Management.
